A happy and grateful Alistair
Alistair Cameron would like to thank everyone who voted Liberal Democrat at the General Election. Alistair said: "We were delighted to have increased our vote up to 19,162 and to have gained a swing from the Conservatives to the Liberal Democrats of over 4%. This means that the Conservatives now have a majority of only 6,310 in Tewkesbury Constituency: it is not the safe Tory seat it once was.
I would also like to pay tribute to Nick Clegg and the party's national leadership for a truly inspirational performance during the election which offered real hope of a better way of doing politics in the future."
